This is their dry estate Riesling, now showing some maturity from the 2020 vintage, a back vintage release that's had a few extra years to settle into itself. Light bodied and bone dry, it's classic Mosel terroir in a bottle: orchard fruit, citrus, and that unmistakable slate minerality. The extra age adds
